“SaludAndo Coins” are deposited in the subscriber´s plan profile from the first purchase and they are available to be used right away. So, your customer doesn´t have to wait months to apply their “coins” as a discount.
Your customers don´t need to keep invoices, download coupons, send messages or contact any call center. All they need to do is provide their National ID at your pharmacy to confirm that they are a SaludAndo subscriber or to get registered as one.
For all SaludAndo´s subcribers benefits are immediate – no approval process required!
Simple sign up process. The pharmacy can give support and guidance to their customers by a user-friendly platform. The user can also begin the process from the SaludAndo app where it is possible to check their “coins” balance and find additional services.
It’s as easy as saying “hi”!
- Greet your customer with a smile and ask for their National ID
- Then use the National ID to check:
- Subscription status (if your client does not have a subscriber profile, proceed to the sign up process)
- SaludAndo Coins can be accumulated
- Go ahead with the medication sale process and issue the invoice
- With the National ID number and the invoice number, enter the acummulation or discount action on the SaludAndo Platform
- Automatically, then the subscriber´s profile will be updated with the new balance!
